Not a great way to start a morning. Person at the front desk was quite rude, we’re just trying to get a simple solution to an urgent matter, but she had to make it convoluted. Hello. I had been all around the houses trying to locate details re a dormant First Active investment account. Eventually I spoke to a Joseph in the Donegal East branch (Friday, 13th) and he was so professional, helpful and patient. He solved the problem. Wonderful experience speaking to someone so customer friendly.
