TMC Estate Agents, with Kelly as our estate agent and Mary as our mortgage advisor, were an absolute dream to work with. From start to finish, every query was handled with genuine care and impressive speed. Both Kelly and Mary were friendly, approachable, and proactive, making the whole buying process so much less stressful. In fact, I must be one of the only buyers who felt sad when the process ended because I enjoyed working with them so much! I couldn?t recommend TMC, Kelly, and Mary highly enough ? they turned what could have been a daunting experience into a smooth and positive journey.

Kelly and team were awesome so helpful so willing to attend to any and every detail. Felt.like Kelly held my hand through tenant leaving to helping me.tp organise removal of bits. I never share any info about anything but I felt like have to share this one......just to warn anyon who is using TMC ....please please consider your other options going forward with this company....not only I was messed about for 5 months prior to my new deal but also at the end they blamed me for their mistakes. ..really long story..

My experience with this estate agents has been terrible. They use people to bid up houses by tens of thousands of pounds to have deals closed without any communication. Our dealings with them never felt sincere and Kelly was extremely unprofessional by not returning our calls or keeping us updated. Unfortunately a lot of properties in the area we want to buy are listed with this estate agents but hopefully we will never have to deal with them again!

I've been a tenant of TMC for the last 6 years and I geniunely couldn't fault them! They were always professional and tried their best to always sort out any issues we had. Special mention to Paul who looked after us over the last few years, he was fantastic!

I applied for a private rental and was told I'd hear one way or the other if I got the house but I never got an email, text or phone call to say unfortunately I didn't get it. I had phoned and staff where friendly and had said the landlord will be picking someone today or tomorrow so I should hear either way by the end of the week so because they said that I thought itvwould have been nice of them to stick to their word and send a free text or email even to say I disnt get it so I know to keep looking or ok you have been successful in getting it. Just felt like they phobbed me off to be honest which I didn't like. Other than that they where helpful with organising a viewing and answering any other questions I had.
