“Nearly 4 pm on a Saturday I checked my partners tyres as she had a cancellation for an MOT on the Sunday! One tyre at the front I found was actually really bad and would be a fail and I don't know were her closest tyre centres would be but in checking they were all closed. Called the guys at Kwik Fit as they showed open and they said call over. We were there for 16.10 and they took the car in, tyre changed and the alignment done as this was obviously causing the tyre failure. Positive and friendly service, went for a coffee and returned to the car finished. Ps the car passed MOT on the Sunday which it would never have done with this one tyre. Thanks guys.”
