Was getting very frustrated with phone stores but I found Conan to be incredibly helpful. He got us setup and went the extra mile. Is more shops has someone like Conan the world would be better.

I had trouble returning an inoperative Three 5G broadband router and closing a few out-of-contract business lines. The Victoria Square team was very helpful in processing the returns, but the cancellation orders were themselves mysteriously cancelled, and I continued to be billed for two months.Over many calls, I found the online support team obstructive and misleading - and a gentleman named Amir unhelpful and disingenuous. But this is exactly where the lads in Three's Victoria Square store stepped up. They recognised the issue, were genuinely affronted by my experience with the online support team, and made it their personal mission to resolve the situation.I found the whole Victoria Square team great, but Michael and Stephen in particular refused to let the issue go. They resolved the issues entirely and kept me personally updated on progress throughout.Outstanding in-store support, 5 stars.

I have been a 3 mobile customer for several years and my current contact is about to expire. Called into Victoria centre to see what my options were regarding an upgrade. Waited patiently for about 5 mins to be served (there were 2 members of staff on floor dealing with other customers). When one staff member eventually served me I explained my situation and asked what my options were. He asked me if I had photo Id, and when I said no he said well you won't be able to get a phone today. I told him that's ok but I still wanted to know what my options were. He replied that he could not tell me because his colleague had the iPad plus it was his breaktime. I was pretty astonished at this level of customer service and will nowbe looking elsewhere for a new contract.
