I went into the works castle place belfast earlier this week looking for an etch a sketch kind of thing for my mother who is in a nursing home. Supervisor Sophie who advised me was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble she certainly had excellent customer care skills. I phoned today and asked about another gadget for my mum. She couldn't have been more helpful and is a great ambassador for the works

Discount store? NOT, my 10yo daughter was charged £5 for a 110g bar of chocolate today, that Cadbury?s bar sells for £1 everywhere else. It has ?happy birthday? on it, it?s my birthday today. She came home in tears. You people cannot call your shop a discount store. RIP OFF. My family will not be back.

Was in today at lunch and was pretty busy but was really impressed. Staff were great, very helpful and efficient and shop was easy to navigate and tidy. you have a great team there. Will definitely be back.
