We had a wonderful time on Saturday night with Lynn as our server. We also had another member of staff whose name I can't remember. We didn't wait long for the food to come. It was delicious and so well presented. It was very quiet but we didn't mind as the atmosphere was so chilled and it added to our enjoyment of the food and company. Do yourself a favour and visit , the food was delicious and so enjoyable. The views are spectacular too! Looking forward to the next visit! ?

Had the most wonderful afternoon in the Cellar Restaurant. A family of 15 enjoyed excellent food, great atmosphere and fantastic staff, all of which were accommodating and courteous in every way. We finished off in the beautiful gardens with a fantastic view. Highly recommend. We will definitely be returning asap. Many thanks Alison Warnock

If it weren't for the beautiful views and the castle behind I would have given this place a 1 star. It was almost comical how bad the service was and the food wasn't impressive either. My friend just got her knee replaced and I have thrown my back out. Despite this they proceed to give us our two pots of tea and scones to carry out ourselves. We had to ask for a tray.... two mugs.... milk....a knife and a spoon ? scones were dry as anything and the tea cups were still dirty. While we ate we watched people pile up dirty plates and such to a unseated table in order for them to be able to sit down and eat. Would not recommend this cafe but the gardens, views and castle are beautiful.

We had the Sunday roast and at the waitress recommendation we all opted for the beef. It was absolutely delicious. We were not disappointed. Would recommend.

Was unsure of going here due to bad reviews, was pleasantly surprised, staff couldn't do enough and the food was lovely. Highly recommend, and the view is breathtaking.

Made the trek from Belfast up to see the castle and the highlight was this little restaurant. Make sure to put in a reservation before coming up to ensure you can get it. Main menu looked amazing but limited and delicious one on Sundays too

Delicious lunch today in this restaurant served by lovely staff. King prawn and chorizo with sour dough toasted bread for £9. Prices very reasonable for the quality of food served. Will be going back for more.

Had our New Years Eve meal here. Absolutely lovely. Food was delicious, the service was great, gave 4 stars for the atmosphere only because there weren?t many dining customers in. This is our second visit since they reopened in April and we will be back again. It really is worth a visit ?

Just had a fantastic lunch at the cellar restaurant at the Belfast castle for 14 people.
The food was amazing and the menu for the Sunday lunch was amazing but also the kids menu.
but thank you to Jenna, Kevin and jack the service was amazing.

The food here is delicious. Especially their soups which are very tasty.
The service was good. Maybe some low background music would be nice.
Wifi Internet access would be helpful.
