Needed a throat baffle plate for Heta wood burning stove. Rang shop and explained that I bought the fire about 3-4 yrs previously. Mark was excellent he looked up my details and ordered the part with a 2 -3 day delivery. Collected part through the week from David who as usual can't do enough for you. Girl in the shop also tried to be pragmatic by getting the part delivered sooner. As usual excellent customer service, excellent staff would highly recommend.

Turned my house into a home !!! Incredibly friendly & knowledge staff in the show room, who were attentive to my requirements. Installation was seamless and quick after agreements in place / deposit paid. After service provided sound follow-up advice. Overall I would highly recommend

My advice is to ignore online stores and go into this lovely showroom and talk to the extremely knowledgeable staff in person. Its cheaper in the long run and the advice they give is top class. Delighted with this wonderful addition to our home. Thanks to Noel for the perfect install too.

100% recommend AGA Belfast. After much deliberation of AGA or another Rangemaster Elan? I chose an AGA! David was very helpful and showed me all the models and colours, was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I chose the eR3 90i in the black which matches old and new appliances to perfection.
The induction hob is easy to use and the traditional hotplate gives a huge cooking area. The ovens cover all cooking temperature options and the warming oven is very useful.
David and Nikki kept me informed during the lead time and the wonderful AGA installation team were friendly and efficient and had it fitted in no time.
I cannot fault the service thus far from AGA Belfast and feel part of the AGA family. Thank you David and Nikki so much for all for all your help and guidance you were wonderful.

If I was at the age for looking at kitchen's and kitting out my dream house, which thankfully I'm not (there's a few more years of partying on the cards for me!) I would like to think I would be going somewhere classy like The Aga Store. The en vogue choice for yummy mummies, the Belfast Aga shop has hit upon this trend and is the first Aga shop in Northern Ireland. Since 2007, the large store has been showcasing the latest ranges of Aga cookers. The store also store has a range of stoves, cookware and refrigerators. But it's the warm welcome that visitors receive that keeps people coming back. The staff are always happy to talk you through what they have on offer. The store also has the novel feature of a live working Aga, where they house demonstrations every few weeks, they might even pop on the kettle and offer you a cuppa if you're lucky! Another advantage is there is parking on the little slip road directly outside the shop.
