Got voucher today didn't work told to phone goggle.few months ago lost mother bank card in tescos express next they called tescos they found it but have a policy within 24 hours you don't collect they destroy it terrible rule.one I was in tescos a woman working in tescos brought religion into conversation saying was I going to Queens jubilee celebrations that's not on should never have been brought up disrespectful.staff shouldn't complain about to own work probably if they don't like the job why be in it.too dare food is get better offers I'm bigger tescos least queueing and listening to staff members yap about their job in tescos.i been going to tescos for 15 years then was told not too come back.some staff cheeky sure what do expect when they get paid basic salary.sometimes not enough staff long queues.never should religion be brought into conversation.too dear for messages cheaper to go to tescos newtonbreda or Sainsbury's.if you don't like your Job in tescos express Saintfield road leave don't complain too customers about it.

Women on till Deidre I think her name was extremely rude I assume because I am under 25. seems to happen to anyone under 25 I don?t know if it?s maybe jealousy or what I?ve come here for the last 15 years because it?s my local and every time I come she sits there watching me like I?m a thief and when I go to buy a few things for the house she gives me dirty looks and say club card please and she said ?ok ok relax yourself? like I was being rude someone really needs to teach her some manners. And another time I was buying something for £1 and gave her a £10 note and all she says do you not have anything smaller?? And I said ?no sorry? and she goes on to not say anything back and just give me dirty looks. Disgraceful I will not be returning until she is gone.

Someone really needs to give Deidre a crash course in customer services, loves to leave patients standing, while she stacks vaps, never smiles is boarding in rude, really awful customer experience when eventually served by her.

Had a really awful experience in this store today at around 5.30pm. This is in relation to the same woman a lot of these reviews are about who I?m naming and shaming. She?s called Deidre. Went in to get a scratchard and it took a good 5 minutes before she decided to serve me as moving the newspapers a few cm over & reading the headline was clearly more interesting than serving a customer. When asked for my ID she just said ?ID? in a very rude manner and snatched it out of my hand, I thought I wasn?t for getting it back. Then she looked at my DOB and goes ?2002?? Whilst giving me a dirty look as if she was in disbelief. So I replied ?yea I?m 21?. She shot me another dirty look and then almost threw it back to me, I?m assuming because I?m young & she?s not.Then I said the number of scratchcard I wanted which was the triple cash word £3 one, number 9. I even had to go as far as describing the colour and she still couldn?t find it. At this point I wanted to leave before I got annoyed so I said just to give me anyone & then she apologised for not being able to find it. I realised I had forgot to get a few things and had to go back in and if looks could kill I?d be 6 ft under. I would very rarely use this Tesco express as I don?t live close so this is the first time I?ve seen Deidre working there, safe to say if I see her again I?ll be walking back out the door.

Woman at the till (D****re) is extremely rude and unhelpful. I've been in there many times to pick up parcels and every time it seems like an absolute inconvenience for her, she asks for ID like a power driven nightclub doorman and she has the manners of a scorned toddler. She needs to be taken off the till, and should not be interacting with the general public.

Really rude staff! 8 out of 10 times I?ve been to that shop, I have to wait for that old lady staff to finish her talking with other staff and then do her work which is scanning the goods to the till even though I'm standing in front of her minute already. I've seen quite a few negative reviews about her already so TO THE MANAGER: DO SOMETHING!!!

Yesterday I visited the store to return a parcel. The staff were lovely but it was out of action and told me to return tomorrow and get the parcel done which I was glad of as today was the last day I had to make the return.
So I returned tonight and the machine was working so i got my label and was going to set it somewhere but I didn't know where, so I asked a male member of staff,where can I set it. He told me there is no way he can take my parcel. I told him that the lovely staff yesterday had reassured me I could hand it in tonight!
The member of staff just gave a couldn't care less and that there is no way he would take it in.
Now my language got quite colourful on my way out as I was exasperated.
I will not be returning to your store and will use Brackenvale instead.
So disappointed that I spend so much money to Tesco!!
He should've taken my little 6×4 parcel
I know my lack of custom barely affects you all and I most likely hear nothing back. But
BE NICE AND BE KIND. That's what I was told when I worked in retail.

Went in for tobacco, old lady with the bob snapped the word id at me. She critiqued my id and with a bake on her saying it looks nothing like me, till I took my glasses off and she just went and got the tobacco without saying anything at all. Manners go a long way and I'll not be back anytime soon

Seen more customer service from women of the night compared to the 60 year old woman with red hair on tills no social skills whatsoever won't be coming back!

Aul doll on the til is one of the rudest members of staff that I've ever encountered. Called to post a few evri things, all of them with massive red FRAGILE tape all over them. She scanned each one and just flung it over her shoulder onto the ground. When I asked her to stop she just glared at me. Another member of staff seen and apologised. How that older lady still has a job is beyond me.
