I went to that shop on June 17th to get lunch. I got a chicken and bacon wrap and a drink, about £6.45. Lucy told me about a meal deal, and with my Clubcard, it was half price! I received great customer service from her.

The new layout simply doesn't work, from the very moment you enter the store it's tricky to even get a basket as they're directly in the path of anyone exiting the shop. They've also somehow managed to make the available space seem smaller, and now offer fewer products, and less choice. A terrible shopping experience.

I've always liked this supermarket, but the growing number of homeless people in front of the store has made shopping here increasingly uncomfortable. It?s becoming difficult to get in and out without feeling uneasy.
I understand this is a complex issue, but the store needs to take action. For now, I?m choosing to take my business elsewhere.

Used to be a great store to quickly shop in. Redesigned the layout and it is awful. Milk, dairy and bakery are aisles apart. It's been Redesigned by someone who doesn't grocery shop and has impulse buyers in mind, or the shopper who'll just grab something in frustration because they can't find what they actually need.
It's going to be awful when the new students move in and nobody can find anything.
Seriously going separately to the local butchers, savers and greengrocers was quicker and cheaper.

I hope you can promptly resolve the issue with the sensor door at the entrance or carefully check your product labels. I have noticed more than once that it triggers an alarm when customers with valid payments exit, and today I experienced the same issue. Fortunately, I had my receipt. This is very embarrassing, and if you want customers to have a pleasant experience during the Christmas season, please address this problem as soon as possible. Otherwise, even if your staff wear Santa hats, it won't help.

I bought a sandwich Tesco Lisburn Road, Belfast. I have never in my 50 years been so disgusted, angry and frustrated at the state of the triple sandwich. Out of all 3 sandwiches in the packet there was one small piece of chicken! barely any stuffing and a drip of mayo! stuffed to the front of the sandwich to make it look packed. This was very much not the case. £3.80 wasted! I have a good mind to go back and throw it at them. TESCO IS RUNNING A SCAM CHARGING PEOPLE FOR LITERALLY BREAD WITH NOTHING IN IT. i HAVE THE PHOTO'S FOR PROOF. Never again will I go there for lunch to get ripped off. Food Standards will be notified with photo's.
