I won't be going here again unless I can pay cash. On one occasion, I paid at pump by card and got charged £20 MORE than the diesel I bought. That took about a week and a bunch of phone calls to clear up.Then on Thursday just gone by, I pay inside at the cashier because I know the pumps can be... unreliable. Beep, didn't go through. My phone says it did. Beep again. Nope. Beep again nope. Fourth time lucky, the POS device says accepted. Now I have four £30 charges on my account. More hassle sorting this out.Like I said, I'll be avoiding this place, more trouble than it's worth.

It's always good to have a petrol station beside the store you can fill up the car while you do the shopping as well and at very competitive prices it's worth going to and also for your points every little helps

Good size with a small enough shop yhat people don't park at the pump and then try to do their grocery shopping.

Locked my keys in my car outside Tesco filling station today. Staff were so helpful kind and understanding. Helped me to contact someone to unlock my car and offered me a seat and a drink to sit in the warmt whilst I waited.

I'm certainly no fan of Tesco stores but this branch is on my commute and it's where I stop and pick up a few bits when needed. A huge car park, both outside and underground. Petrol station, click and collect, scan and shop, clothing dept, recycling area, phone shop, photo dept and travel money are all available on this site and I struggle to think what else you'd really need that's not already there. The layout of this store is much better than some of the other Tesco branches I've visited and staff are very helpful.

I'm not generally a fan of Tesco but this one's pretty good due to its mammoth size and huge range of stock. Can be extremely busy however so I tend to avoid it at peak times such as the weekend. There are large recycling bins in the car park so you can take care of recycling your glass etc before doing a shop. I always find what I need here and everything's on sale from food groceries to stationary, cosmetics, clothing, alcohol, household goods and electronics. There's a cafe on the top floor which I personally have never tried but friends tell me is very good and reasonably priced.

Whatever you need, Tesco Extra Newtownbreda has it! Outside has over 400 parking spaces, 200 of them underground sheltered spaces, including mother and child parking, as well as disabled parking close to all three entrances. They have plenty of trolley bays and shop mobility carts for those who need them. Inside they've meow checkouts than any other Tesco store in the greater Belfast area. They've also express, self service and the new scan as you shop service. I really recommend scan as you shop if you're content with scanning and packing your own shopping as you go. It really is much faster. In terms of service, all staff are smartly dressed. They put other supermarkets to shame and they've an attitude to match. Friendly, helpful and polite. I never have to queue and if it is busy they call for support to open more checkouts. They can't do enough for you. This store also has a dedicated 'Customer Experience Manager' that is only ever too willing to answer questions do address concerns. The same goes for the store manager. She has high standards and I've always found that reflected when I'm in store shopping. Availability of products is great. They've everyday value items if you're on a budget, keeping most essential goods under 40p. They've also 'Brand Guarantee' which means you'll always get the best price on your branded shopping. They've a great electrical and non food selection as well as a click and collect point. The very last thing that impressed me most is their commitment to the local community. This store donates its surplus food supply to local charities every evening, including homeless shelters, the SOS bus and others. This store has it all. Great service. The products I want at an affordable price. I couldn't ask anymore from a supermarket!

Had a quick shopping trip at 10pm on a Friday night and the shop was bit quieter and parking was easy! Even though it was later at night the shelves still had loads on sale, I had nosey at the non food selection and they have a huge range compared to my local Tesco, prob my favourite Tesco cus it's just the right size, clean, fresh and staff are friendly and there actually is staff in the shop!

Huge car park, including an underground car park. I'm always able to get a space quite close to the door. Also has a petrol station, which is always a plus. The store itself is huge. I think Knocknagoney is bigger, but I doubt you'll need something this place doesn't have. I recently got interested in cooking and baking. Trying some new stuff, with ingredients I've never bought before. I can usually find them on my own and the odd time I cant, the staff have been more than helpful. If you have a clubcard you can use their new system to scan your own items as you shop. After you go to a special checkout, scan a bar code and everything is auto transferred to the till. Whether you use it or not, you will notice things at the checkouts are a lot faster. They still offer the usual self serve as well.
