Was in today wont be back was in for perfume for a birthday present the girl was to busy on her head set askin for another member of staff to help a girl at the perfume counter I asked for what I wanted her reply was NO she didn't even look so rude & cheeky plus leaving the store my tk maxxx bag bleeped they'd left a security tag on my child's jumper well I near got floored by some tall bloke sayin open your bag I'd to empty everything onto the floor all the clothes I'd bought my child for him to tutt& walk off

went in on the 20th of December clueless on what aftershave to get as a gift, one of the girls very helpfully guided me until I found the right one. Didn't catch her name unfortunately but my little brother was delighted with what she helped me pick. I think she had dark hair and she was on the till at the time.

I was in Superdrug's Castlecourt branch yesterday and was assisted by a lovely girl named Claire. She explained the difference in products to me and could not have been more helpful. I left a very satisfied and happy customer. Thanks again, Claire.

falsely accused of shoplifting, had seen a few mates in there and then went to leave and this guy literally followed me out half way into the toilets, didn?t even apologise for it

Just adding to the countless awful reviews here, I was falsely accused of stealing because I had bought something the week before and they hadn?t de tagged it. The manager then checks the camera and claims that they saw me put something in my bag with so much attitude. I presented them with my bank statements, the day that I was there and the items that I bought (they were in my bag). About 15 minutes later an employee has to come and profusely apologise ON HIS BEHALF. The manager didn?t even have the balls to come out and do it himself. Btw about 4 people had walked through the same scanners and no one did anything about it. Dunno how this man managed to be a manager but Jesus Christ he should not be one.

Me and my daughters were in yesterday. Some manky blonde and brunette employees clearly sitting giving dirty looks and laughing at my daughter until I had to ask her what her problem was. Sitting skiving at a table back right of the shop. Dont know how u can even employ ignorant ,rude and arrogant people like that. And from what I can see from other reviews this isn't the first they have done this. Absolutely appalling

Looking for a Superdrug in Belfast, we bumped into Stephen. He had a Superdrug T'shirt on and was on his dinner break, but that didn't stop him directing us to the store he works in.We found it easily Stephen had already told us we needed to use the lift as I am a wheelchair user.The store was beautifully laid out with easy access for me. We bumped into Stephen again and he was Super friendly & helpful & I found the products easily with his help.He guided me to the check outs & i completed my purchases with ease & happiness.Stephen even gave my husband a good recommendation for a great pint of Guiness.I think there should be more Stephens in the world! If he isn't Worldwide Superdrug Employee of the Month then I'll dye my hair pink!

I visited your castle court Superdrug store today and couldn?t have left any happier with the service I received. A really lovely & friendly girl named Leah gave lots of time and advice. Her attentiveness & knowledge was perfect. A real treat in such a busy store. Thank you again. Looking forward to trying my new perfume.
