I?m not usually one to have much expectation when it comes to customer service, but I am absolutely bewildered by an experience I had in-store today. I was served by a younger male member of staff at the tills who was just plain rude for lack of a better word. I mistakenly picked up a tester to purchase, and instead of suggesting that myself or a member of staff grab another as the incredibly helpful staff at this branch usually do, he tossed it to the side, and I did not get to purchase that product at all. After paying, I watched as he shredded my receipt, and when I asked ?has that gone through okay?? he turned away from me, with absolutely no acknowledgement and beckoned the next customer to be served. All the other staff at this branch are incredibly friendly and polite, so it was a real shock to have been met with such a sour attitude :(

Came in today to buy two items and the line was extremely long. One person at the till and whilst I stood in through que it did not move the same person being sold the whole time so I left after waiting too long. This company will lose business from people if they don?t operate at speeds people are willing to wait.

I had a lovely experience getting my nails done with no appointment today by Muskan, she was lovely and I'm over the moon with my nails. Will definitely be back. Thank you again ?

I was just served by a women named Shannon (dark green hair), extremely rude, ignorant and unprofessional. Seemingly had an issue regarding student discount (which I?m entitled too). I would expect management to review their customer service training and most definitely retrain Shannon on how to foster positive exchanges with customers when on till.
