2 hours of waiting so far, and order still unfulfilled. The staff won't even answer the phone to Deliveroo so they refuse to issue a refund. The owner should be really concerned about the staff they have trusted to run this business on their behalf

Served by that guy dan, great customer service, and amazing attitude. The cookies were amazing and the sandwich was the freshest I've eaten in a very long time. He has some skill with a knife and gloves.

Came into store left waiting for 20 minutes after the man said 5 minutes while he did an online order then after waiting 20 minutes, told us he had 2 more to do before he could serve us, not looking after customer that are standing in front of you willing to spend money in your store is a bit ridiculous, honestly wouldn't come back

Shop wasn?t clean. At food counter food bits of some compartments fallen into others. Generally messy, bits of food dropped/spilt around containers. Glass not clean. Staff were cold and unfriendly. I wasn?t sure what breads to choose, no help or explanation despite me asking about various ones and being clearly clueless. I felt as if I was wasting their time. No other customers in the place - at midday - and I found them very unhelpful. Mainly chatting amongst themselves. Won?t be going back.

Needs more staff during peak periods to clean and serve. Floor and tables were filthy and the tables and seating got cleaned for us but the floor was eugh. Some breads not available but other than that, food was good. Dispenser drinks 40p cheaper than the bottles - no idea why they offer both but 40p cheaper suited rightly. Place full of teens acting the lig but not rude or anything. The guy serving was friendly, patient and helpful
