Just before 12pm on Sunday the 2nd of March, a woman with black hair and glasses was rude and impatient with me and several other customers, whenever anyone came in she told them they could only order on the self serve kiosks and not with her.
I tried to use the kiosk but I wanted to create my own and even after explaining that I couldn?t find what I was looking for on the machine and asked to place my order with her she said that I can still use it and was rude and inpatient.
Luckily her colleague was polite and he helped me despite the other lady refusing to.

Got a subway from here tonight, ordered a B.M.T asked and paid for extra cheese and when I received it there was no cheese on it and also very little sauce. Then when I went to eat my cookie it appeared to look as if there was a bite taken out of it, not a bit happy about this. And the service wasn?t great either as the guy serving me didn't speak or understand English.

Had some lunch, used the kiosk was lovely till 6 more people walked in. All ordered. Managers 3 of them stood there talking, watching the poor worker make all the sandwiches. Woman stood behind counter in her own clothes no health and safety measures. Would hate to work for that management. From a former Subway assistant Manager.

Absolutely terrible idea to introduce the screens. People get a good feeling when they see their food being made in front of them, but when you put a screen between the service and the person it makes a far less favourable experience. Will not be coming back to this subway, just because of those screens.

Subway just does not lend itself to a screen ordering system as the whole point is that you get to customise your order and see it being made. We tried to order at the till but were completely ignored by all the staff members until we were eventually asked to order at the screens. We then wanted to pay in cash and the machine told us to go to the counter and pay before our order could be made. We waited at the counter for around 10 minutes and continued to be completely ignored. Eventually walked out as the service was unacceptable.

Awful and rude staff insisting that I use the machine even though I am paying cash. The employee said they paid money to install them hence why I have to use them???

Everything was going fine UNTIL the server (Indian looking guy) pulls out HIS PHONE and scans HIS app for MY POINTS!

only person in shop n took 15 mins to get. Also used till and handled cash with same gloves that they used to make my sandwich really gross
