Today ordered something from this store and the restaurant accepted my order. After waiting for more than one and half hour my food didn?t deliver and when I called restaurant nobody answered my calls for at least 7 times. So I haven?t got any food and not a refund also. I would not recommend this store to order online.

Food was satisfactory as usual at a very affordable price. Kris at the counter was very helpful and friendly. His energy was what especially made this visit.

Went into subway on Saturday night while waiting for our taxi to arrive. My partner and I ordered 5 cookies as they?re delicious and to be paying customers. We were eating the cookies minding our own business when the security guard told us to leave without giving a reason. I said we?re paying customers and it?s cold outside but he was quite aggressive and kept on telling us to leave. The I assume manager, she was a young girl with a tattoo on her arm, came round from behind the counter and was so rude to us telling us to do what the security guard told us.
I?m absolutely baffled as we were literally just eating our cookies doing nothing! It was freezing outside and they told us to leave for no reason. Not how you treat paying customers. The girl and the security guard need some serious training on how to talk to and treat customers. Embarrassing.

Overall I have had alot of few subways around North of belfast. The girl Jess with green hair at this subway on dublin r9ad was not only professional, but so relatable oming fro. Someone fro. Hospitality, you could tell she was busy and frustrated but at the same time dealt with the situiation well.not only made a perfect sub for my fussy partner but a beautiful salad if not best ive made myself from similar background of catering, asked for no olives but everything else. I hate hate hate tomatoes and pickles but was a great salad ate all bar 1 slice of cucumber, dealt with well , pe9fessional and defo gets more than 5* if i could. Well done girl, class and amazing professional asthomoheres. Even under pressure of business. Saod id leave a review girl and I did. NEEDS A PROMOTION IF NOT SUPERVISOR ASSIANT MANAGER. We were there on Saturday evening and I was never treated like that. We were pushed out aggressively by someone called security. I don't even know if they worked there. I will definitely not leave it like that, It is reported to the police as an assault for no reason.

Absolutely disgusting!! Had just finished work and decided to go for a subway as soon as we got to subway the girl that served us was absolutely the most rudest person I have ever came across in my whole life! The attitude on her wasn?t abit normal. I will not be back to this subway ever again, also just felt like I had to rush my order because she couldn?t be bothered to serve me correctly , disappointing wouldn?t be the word.

Absolutely pathetic and disgusting Subway. Rude, and miser.They denied to put more than 3 sauces or to put any extra veggie. This is the first time I have ever seen this in any Subway. They should be closed and fined.
