This is a very good Subway restaurant! Despite it being in the city center and being very small, it is usually pretty quiet (except for when schools end, it is then full of noisy pupils). The food here is delicious as it is at every Subway and the staff are friendly and don't make you wait very long for your food. I also like that they always have the radio on in the restaurant as well. I would recommend this Subway to anyone who is hungry in Belfast city center!
Dietary restrictions: Anytime I am here with my grandmother who is diabetic they always have gluten-free products available.

Food poisoning caused by contaminated food.
On January 23, 2025, between 3 PM and 4 PM, I ordered food from Subway. I ate it, and a few hours later, I started experiencing severe stomach problems?diarrhea, vomiting. I had nothing else to eat that day, so Subway cannot shift the blame onto something else. I feel weak and am constantly running to the bathroom.
Once I feel better, I will be reporting this Subway to the UK Health Security Agency. It?s unacceptable that they irresponsibly and carelessly put people?s health at risk like this.

I just wanted to highlight the 2 staff members and the supervisors behavior towards an Asian staff member. I do not know any of their names to be honest. I saw that 2 staff members and a guy who I believe would be the supervisor or team leader did not treat their fellow Asian staff member well. The supervisor was commanding the Asian staff member to clean everywhere and do many more work without any politeness. She was doing it by herself and the other 2 staff girls was looking at her and making comments with the supervisor or team leader during the shift. One of the other 2 staff members was also on the phone and least bothered about anything happening around. This Asian staff was alone cleaning and also taking orders. None of the others came to help her.
What a culture! I feel bad to be honest to see that! Teamwork is needed guys. Even if a staff member is sitting idle and if he or she sees another staff member cleaning or busy with something, lending a hand shouldn?t be a problem.
I hope everyone is treated equally.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Subway location managed by TOM. During my visit, a team member accidentally dropped a significant amount of crinkle wedges on the floor. When we politely requested a replacement, TOM responded sarcastically suggesting he can take the food from the floor and put it into our box if we want .
This behavior was not only rude but also highly disrespectful and unhygienic. Despite our calm explanation of the situation to other employe, TOM further claimed that his service was "10/10" and showed no concern for customer complaints or reviews.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the lack of professionalism displayed, especially as this incident involved a pregnant woman. I hope the management takes appropriate action to address this issue and ensure such behaviour is not tolerated in the future.

Called in on way to the bus. I was the only customer but there mustve been plenty of customers before me. All tables had food or cups etc on them. Food and napkins all over the floor. Staff chattinh and on phones instead of ensuring it was clean. My server got most of my order

Was served by the manager Michael with brown hair and michel with blonde hair, omg don?t get me started the portion size I got you would swear they wanted to feed the whole of Belfast absolutely tiny and when asked for a proper portion they gave off bad attitude and poor customer service saying I would be charger for a full portion stay away from this shop they have nuts workers

Got my order delivered today, it was warm when it arrived and it was all followed to my instructions but the best bit was the note on the box that said "have a great day", with a smily face it definitely made me smile ??
