Just awful. Food disgusting!! Crumbs everywhere. If u have allergies get out of here !! Staff sloppy,lazy and rush u thru order. Close this place down. Hygiene is zero.

absolute joke every time iv been here there?s been something wrong so decided to dry delivery and suprise it?s been 3 hours and still have not got my food! called the store 30 times no ones answering.

Waited for 5 minutes at the till while the woman made a sandwich for just eat. All the while a second man was filling the fridge. A third man came out of the kitchen and seen me waiting, went back to work. When the guy stocking the fridge had no more bottles left, he went to the kitchen and got more and came back and started filling the fridge. I walked out after 7 minutes of being ignored. Just Eat is their priority, don't expect to be served in a reasonable amount of time. I only wanted cookies and told them that, but that fridge needs filled!!!!
Parking: About 6 spaces paid parking shared with 10 other shops.

I went in to have the vegan patty sub and they didn't have it. They are mostly out of the vegan options so I wouldn't recommend this at all.
Also the staff isn't very helpful and they don't know how to close a sub properly.

I irdered 1foot long sub with turkey breast tomatoes red onion, jalapeno and southwest west sauce. I got sub with turkey breast. That's it. It was so dry and I think as so disappointed.

Paid £20 for 3 subs must have thought I needed to go on a diet as they left half the food of my sub. I know it gets measured out but they put in half of that again. ?

There is a lovely young girl who makes the place a lot more tolerable. She is very smiley, cheery and has exceptional customer service (cathy i think). It's a pity she is working somewhere where the rest of the team don't seem to care.
I would like to know what numpty decided to put the drinks fridge right at the till. When they are trying to fill it customers can't pay, both customers and staff clearly get frustrated, It obviously wasn't thought out very well.
The place is dirty, and looks a little neglected if I'm honest.
My food was OK, a tad disappointed, I'm actually not sure what I was expecting. Maybe I'll try something different next time (in a different subway as well)

I ordered the food from here and the ambience was so good. The only thing is the service and they are very bad at that.
