Last Saturday, I only came in for brunch but ended up having a nice chin wag with Darragh! Proper sound young man who delivered excellent customer service. Despite being chock-a-block inside, he was super friendly. Smashed it out the park buddy ?

I had the occasion to visit the Subway on the Stewartstown Road, Belfast, today @ 11.45am 13/05/24. The 2 girls that were serving in the Subway were very pleasant, polite and friendly! Given the excellent service that I was given I would like to say a sincere thank you ?? and the next time that I am in the area I will most definitely ?? revisit this Subway restaurant. A special thank you ?? to the staff for your hospitality and service ???????

I ordered a bacon chicken sub, a very popular one might i add, its the only thing i get in subway and they are usually very good but im not well at the minute and was looking forward to having it and when i opened there was no bacon this has happened many times and im very angry i want a refund

Fella with all the fake diamond jewellery cares more about talking rubbish with his colleges than actually working. Pulled the subs out early, didn?t cut them and argued with another customer that her sub doesn?t come with sauce. Cheese wasn?t melted in the subs because he clearly wanted everyone out as quick as possible.The week before he was telling his colleges how he only got home from drinking at 6am and started work at 8am - absolutely disgusting behaviour! Letting your store down in every possible way.
