Just once I would like to visit this Starbucks in particular and get the drink I actually ordered. Latest experience: I had ordered a hibiscus tea lemonade ( I have ordered this drink many many times before ), it is a vibrant red. I was handed a yellow green drink and when I asked to get it changed I was told that it was the drink I had ordered and refused to remake it even though it is a completely different colour.

Got hot chocolate from a grumpy person and it was barely warm

Got over charged from the young server, who did not check the price after I had used a voucher that reduced the price and charged the original price. Easy mistake to make. However having a rat/mouse run across the floor passed my leg was not something I had asked for. The server then ran off not dealing with the situation. I did then get my correct change after inquiring about the charge. The coffee was ok.

Ordered a fudge brownie hot chocolate and might as well have microwaved a cup of milk myself at home. Staff didn?t seem that worried either. Quite unpleasant. Horrible atmosphere!

Asked for a flat white to sit in. I was given it in a take away cup. I asked if there were no ceramic cups in use as I asked for sit in and was told they would change it for me. Instead of making me a new one, they proceeded to pour it from the take away cup into a ceramic cup, losing all the milk foam at the top and carried it over to me whilst it was dripping over the edges & spilling out of the cup. At this stage it more closely resembled a cup of tea with a few bubbles at the top. These coffees aren?t cheap so I expected better than this. There were 6 members of staff behind the counter & and there was no queue.

Waited 10 mins for food, to be told, it would be brought to me.
Waited another 5, watching take away orders getting served quicker.
Will not be bad. Poor service and attitude of the 8 staff
