Great staff . Friendly service they remember my order everyday. They work hard as a team . My only complaint would be the store itself seems rundown and they need to replace the binds as its to bright in the mornings . But the staff are great ?

Walking into this Starbucks felt less like entering a coffee shop and more like stepping onto the set of a low-budget Dickensian drama?sticky tables, scattered debris, and a floor that could double as an archaeological dig site. The staff, meanwhile, exuded the warmth of a Victorian governess scolding a child for sneezing. If this is where corporate America?s promise of community and caffeine has landed, I fear we?re all one latte away from outright dystopia - or dyssentery.

Easy parking, good location. Has all the staple Starbucks treats, not much different from any other starbucks. Does have a drive through though, which is handy when in rush!

Normally go to Starbucks in Bangor and unfortunately this one was worlds apart. Was planning to sit in but the place looked dirty. It was loud and uninviting. Drinks arrived but with no topping or sauce. Asked for toppings and sauce to be added and only got the toppings. Drinks didn?t taste as nice as usual. Won?t be back.

Ad a last minute opportunity to call in for a coffee after a meeting, at 830pm. Nice and quiet atmosphere- just the way to wing down. Staff were friendly, and helpful with choices.

Staff serving was so unengaged, hanging over the till. Service was so poor and the atmosphere awful. Young teens screaming in the cafe and asked to leave by staff member. They continued to scream as they left. Terrible place. C

I was ordering a hot chocolate and specifically told the worker I do not want to use my reward on my app. She took my order and already clicked to use my reward. She did this before asking me if I want to use my reward which left me unhappy as they couldn't do anything to reverse it and did not try to find any solution. She should have asked me before doing the reward thing.
