First time here , coffees are fine , place is full of empty cluttered dirty tables, staff standing about chatting . On phones, when we went to see if any nice chilled food two staff standing chatting to each other offered us no advice when we mentioned about no gluten free options other than a single egg sandwich, my heavily pregnant daughter went to use toilet facilities which were overflown in one and toilet seat had urine all over it , all in all barely a two star experience very disappointing considering 5 staff on duty and only 10 people including us in the shop , no attempts being made to clean , I had to clear my own table and watch another lady cleared hers

Waited 25 minutes for an iced caramel macchiato to take out today, then got the order wrong once and gave be a hot one, then had to wait again for it to be fixed and it was still incorrect, terrible service and waste of money. Do not go to this Starbucks if the blonde girl is in she will take 30 mins to serve you and get it wrong every time

Real coffee drinkers avoid lisburn road starbucks !!! Coffee really weak I even got two extra shots to make sure it wasn't !! Tasted like filler coffee really disappointed I think il go to cafe Nero from now on .

Had a fantastic experience at the Starbucks in Lisburn Rd. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was having trouble finding a parking spot and they went out of their way to assist by suggesting a nearby spot that was less crowded. The coffee was delicious, but it was the exceptional service that truly made my visit memorable. Thank you for your kindness!
