Horrendous customer service! My daughter and I were picking our food to eat and we were told to move along as another customer had arrived behind and we were made to feel like we were getting in the way. Almond croissant tasted stale and was heated despite asking for it not to be.

Good space but staff lazy just talking while tables are dirty and no clean place to sit down ? had to finish my coffee in middle of 5 dirty cups, sugar and dirty wood sticks ? left my coffee at side table which other women waiting for her coffee lifted and looked and then staff passed it over to me ? people can easily spike your coffee if you?re not looking at all times ?. I went to use the loo ?shame when it was not even busy

Customer service is absolutely appalling.. Ordered to dine in and was given it in disposables, not a big deal but it was the whole attitude.

Good , good staff, but toilet was dirty

I ordered a caramel ice frappe with extra caramel drizzle and they used the smallest amount ever trying to take the piss. And when I asked for my extra drizzle again they were so moody with me and poured it all into another cup and it looked disgusting. Caramel all over the side of the cup and the whipped cream was mixed into the frappe instead of on top. Never going here again sort it out x
