There was a noticeable lack of experienced staff available to assist customers during our visit to purchase shoes. We sought assistance from a particular staff member, who appeared to be managing multiple responsibilities. As we waited for an extended period, no additional staff members were available to assist us, despite the store not being particularly busy at the time. It is clear that there is a need for improved training for the staff. Overall, we were very disappointed with the level of customer service provided.

I bought some trainers here just after Christmas 2024. The woman at the till didn't take the security tag off the shoes, and when I went to leave the alarm went off. I was approached by two security guards, accused of theft and brought back in. It took 20 minutes to verify even though I had a receipt with proof of purchse

There no return policy, sucks, but on top of that, what their employees in the store tell you is totally misleading. I bought a bathing suit for my wife yesterday, and the lady said I could change it if it didn't fit her. I returned today because it didn't fit, and the manager on duty today, 6 April 2025, was rude and never intended to listen to the customer's voice. What is absolutely stupid is that after we chose another bathing suit, the lady on the floor suggested she tried it in the fitting room. ? what is the difference if she tried it at home or in the store? Untrained, thick, and shallow personnel, is the reason why I'm never shopping there ever again.

Rubbish shop which is overcrowded and has contempt for customers. Upstairs til closed for no reason, overall operates as an advert for shopping on the internet

Bought a couple of items till date and it's really good value for money, most of the time there is some sort of sale going on and it's insanely good where some of the products are 70 percent off

Very bad customer service, only one person on the floor to help all the customers and the staff in till was rude and disrespectful towards us who are just seeking help and guidance to find our desired product. If there was 0 rating in google reviews would give them that. Worst customer experience ever.

Went in for a pair of trainers and could not get any help from staff. The floor seemed to be deserted. Got fed up and took my business elsewhere. It was a genuinely shocking experience that I can save I haven't had anywhere else before.

Went in looking trainers and stood for 20 minutes waiting on someone to help, that was after walking round the store for 15mins before. Pathetic customer service

Went in for shoes.
I looked around for someone to get me the size I needed.
Nobody was available so I went to the till. I was asked to go back to the shoe section and wait.
Waited 10 minutes before someone came and they didn't even have my size.
Left because I couldn't be annoyed waiting another 10 minutes if I picked out another pair.

Absolutely useless rude staff. End the live chat when they feel like it. Didn't even get to explain about my late order. They can give next day delivery but have to wait 6+ days to collect in store. Last time il be shopping there. Complete clowns.

Don?t buy from this store because the girls working there are rude and impatient. Their policy is NO REFUNDS. You can?t get your money back even with receipt. How is that possible? It?s ridiculous. Their quality is poor
