Well looked after by staff,
They were very knowledgeable, Waseem explained things very clearly, a real gentleman.
Also the optician herself talked me through every step of the procedure.
Also the young lady Michelle was in herself was really good and to be truthful couldn't say anything else all staff seem to be trained to a very high standard couldn't find fault with any of the people I was in contact with in all a very pleasant experience.

I was made wait for an extremely long period of time to speak to somebody.
The actual optician was extremely friendly.
Once I got to speak to the floor staff they were friendly but it took a very long time.
I saw others walk away because of how long the wait was .

Absolutely amazing staff we went on Sunday .They helped me with my Autistic son and were very patient and understanding .Myself and my daughter had our eyes tested too, they were so thorough and very professional so helpful and attentive .We were not waiting long and they made it alot easier with my son Thank you !

Great store, all the staff are excellent, I've been using them for years and have had nothing but good things to say. The staff where also really good at helping my young children and made them feel relaxed picking new frames etc..

Had a family emergency today which kept me 12 minutes late for a double appointment one for glasses and a separate appointment for contacts. Rang on the way down to explain and was on hold for so long that I got into the store and they then refused to let me have an eye test. I offered to drop my second appointment as they were back to back just to get a simple eye test. The front desk guy told me the director says no. Seems to be a completely unreasonable and draconian response considering the freed up time if I changed to a single appointment. Last time I asked them to repair glasses I bought from them they also refused. I have made a complaint to head office about today and left them. Should have years ago.

Ordered new frames with high index lenses and staff and optician in SpecSavers, Park Centre were all very helpful picking frame and later discussing options to deal with thicker than expected lenses. Thank you.

Have been a customer for many many years,my glasses broke on Monday so went over and was then told it would be 10 days before I would get them back, went to Gilroys opticians on Tuesday morning and got my new varifocal lenses back on Thursday, I am sorry to say but specsavers will never get any business from me again.The fact that they bring varifocal lenses in from somewhere else when they have there own labs sort of defeats the purpose plus the 2 for offers never work out that cheap.

My classes broke after 4 months the frame broke I brought them back looking for a refund or another pair but was was told the best they could do was the same frame again at half price was not impressed at all

They took my data wrong and then after waiting 10 days they tell me to come for them only to tell me they had lost them.Avoid at all cost. They don't know what they are doing
