Excellent service today from the Victoria Square, Belfast branch. Really polite staff and, despite it being packed, the wait to be seen wasn't long at all. Adele was just lovely to deal with - so friendly and personable. She gave me an eye test and helpfully talked me through the scans. Pat was great, steering me around the frame displays and suggesting various options. Adam quickly sorted out my payment and was another genuinely lovely, informative member of staff. I'd definitely recommend this particular Specsavers branch.

The store in Belfast is great, I have always had a very good experience with the team, David and Michael I couldn't recommend enough, so helpfully and they both know which frames suit me exactly. This is one of the best opticians I have ever been to and will carry on going to as long as they are there. Thankyou for your help.

Great experience as usual. I walked in off the street on a busy Saturday but Anne had loads of time to help me pick new frames. Sound advice received. When I went back to pick them up David adjusted my two old pairs that I had stretched by pushing them onto my head.

Everytime I have to call here I always get the best service. Staff are always super helpful and polite. Service is always quick and easy. Called into today because I accidentally stood on my glasses, and bent one of the legs. I was worried they were beyond repair. The young man working today (I didn't get his name unfortunately) handed them back to me after about 5 minutes and they were like brand new. No charge.

Very dissapointed with this store i had an Appointment today @2.35 arrived in store lady took my name and told me to go upstairs and take seat. Went upstairs sat down and waited like I was told to and not one member of staff spoke or acknowledged me at all. There were customers coming upstairs after me and got seen to before me! I Sat there till 3pm still totally ignored so I left i will not be back. Total waste of time ?

Honestly I have never had better service anywhere, Aaron the audiologist was exceptionally helpful, sorted my hearing right out and was so friendly and informative on how to prevent hearing loss in the future and stay on top of things, if you are struggling with hearing loss this is the way to go!
