Would give zero if possible. Was at the subway instore(which the spar franchisee owns) and was refused service. Have been waiting on someone contacting me for weeks with nothing. Shocking

Customer service is really bad, I had a very bad experience today(30/09/2024) I came to the shop to recharge my electricity card and buy a few kinds of stuff, and my payment card was not working at the moment I informed that the staff, I asked her to try again when she tried and my card was not working at all she behaved really badly to me in front of my daughter and other customers, she grabbed the stuff from me without any kindness.

Oatmilk and lacto free milk moved from shelf to fridge to put Easter Eggs on oatmilk and lacto free milk shelf. Then refused service. Oatmilk and lacto free milk belong on the shelf. People who drink these kinds of milk can not eat Easter Eggs so if offense was meant it was definitely taken.
Thankfully this person is new in Spar, so hopefully will improve with training.
Normally get excellent service from start to finish.

Has everything you need and staff are generally quite friendly. There is also a subway inside which is handy.

Refused service for not wearing a mask (my fault) and returned twice since then to see approx 10-15 people without one. Get your act together and treat customers with equal respect, especially those who use your shop every week.

Can?t price their goods properly. Overcharged regularly. £3 for Golden Cow butter and £1.19 for Limerick crumbed ham is suddenly £4.79 at the till. That?s the third time in 3 months. Will not be back.
