Will not be shopping in Space.NK again?Rude and unhelpful staff in both branches in Belfast real let down to Northern Ireland. The owner of these shops obviously don?t take onboard there goggle reviews from what I have read and my experiences.The Elderly Manager (Lisburn Road Branch) shouted at my teenage daughter ?not to open the products? The product was already open with others beside it sitting like a sample and she was just looking at it not even sampling it. The Manager was suppose to be helping my husband with a query about a credit note but she just kept watching my daughter the whole time and not even concerned about what my husband was saying. And was useless with my husbands request. That?s another story ?The youth of today are probably one of space.nk?s best customers especially because they promote there products on TikTok. Not sure this staff member would know what TikTok was ? Her attitude was you can?t afford you don?t touch. Well I?m sorry but my daughter owns half the products from Space.NK. My daughter had her birthday and Christmas money to spend and refused to buy anything because of this woman?s attitude.Then today my Mother in Law called into City Centre Branch to get a credit note as on Sunday they wouldn?t give my husband credit note as needed the receipt to see how much she paid for it. (Wouldn?t accept a photo of email receipt)To Find out the receipt was out of date by one day ???? My Mother In Law is well known in both Belfast stores and a very good customer and the staff were so so rude to her. Seriously this is why shops are closing in the town and people are going online.I was in your Branch Christmas Eve and the girl working then was so rude and told me to go online for anything I was showing her on my phone from my daughters Xmas list. I would rather travel to the Dublin store where the staff were more than helpful with me and my teenage daughter than ever step foot over the door of your Belfast stores. Disgrace

I am utterly appalled at the way in which I was treated in space nk Lisburn as a loyal customer for 20+ years as I was publicly humiliated when opening a product (no seal) that was on display when the manager talked down to me and purposely embarrassed me. Will not be returning

Possibly the least friendly and most unhelpful retail staff in Belfast. Shame as it is such a lovely store.

I am about to faint?. The staff had disgustingly absurd communication at this location. I saved up 60 pound so I could get something for my 10 year old daughter with her friends. I stayed in the car while they were about to walk in. The employee said that she looks like someone who would make a mess and proceeded to kick them out. They ran into the car and started crying. Disgusting how could anyone be so rude to do something like that . Never coming back.

I had a very negative experience in this store. The assistant was unhelpful and unsympathetic. I abandoned the purchase and left the store in tears. I do not intend to shop in this store again.
