Wouldn?t recommend this dentist at all they?re a joke and they should really close it?s doors esp when they?re are better ones out there, and for receptionist to management so rude not professional and they think they can speak down to people and make consumptions that didn?t happen and just to avoid the questions around why takes so long for kids to see a dentist or get work done and they cancelled appts after appts not ideal like . It needs alot of improvement and more ! Stay clear

Honestly a complete joke. They have plenty of nhs patients on their books but only do nhs one day a week now. Even though I pay for my dentistry apparently the nhs contributes a small amount towards it so I can only get booked in that one day! Next appointment 3 months away and every time you book one it gets cancelled anyway. Was told if I want to pay full private whatever that means I can get seen next week. I tried to make a formal complaint and have not been contacted back as I need to do this in order to inform indirect about this abosoloute farce of a dentist. So sad as it used to be amazing! Seems they are cancelling everyone's dentist appointments and then have a cheek to send texts saying there is botox and filler appointments available ?

Booked an appointment for a check up last October constantly gets canceled been over a year now with the feeble excuses etc. How can they advertise for NEW patients when they can't even look after the ones they have. Place needs a clear out and new management in place

Very poor. I arrived for my appointment today only to be told that it had been automatically cancelled a few weeks ago as the dentist wasn?t available.I did not receive any notification of this my text, email or phone call.I advised the receptionist who told me ?it was a system fault?. Quite disappointing.

I recently saw Dr Chloe for lip filler. I am so pleased with the results. Her chair side manner was wonderful and not once did I feel anxious. She numbed me up and I did not feel a thing throughout the whole procedure and post procedure. I am so happy with the results. They are natural looking and better than I imagined. Thank you Dr Chloe :)

Maeve is such an amazing dentist and I would recommend her to anyone. She only works on you if you need the treatment and listens to your concerns whether it's in person or a triage over the phone..The team at reception are always so welcoming and really do try and make sure u get an appointment if its an emergency. The dental nurses that work alongside Maeve as well are always so friendly chatting away making you feel comfortable throughout the procedure..

Been a while since I was registered, left after they made a mess of my teeth.Bad filling was made, went back for a bad repair, left after the tooth went bad.Not even an emergency call out at the time.

Couldn't recommend this practice enough. Extremely lovely, patient and professional dentist. Being a very nervous patient when it comes to going to the dentist, she made me feel very much at ease. Reception staff are always very helpful and friendly.
