I visited August 2024. I was served by the most lovely girl named Kerry, and she was so patient with me despite me walking in not knowing what I was looking for or even my shoe size. Walked out very happy with a lovely pair of ArchFits. Would absolutely shop here again

Assistant manager at Banbridge Boulevard Sketchers store in Northern Ireland failed to convey store return policy to us on 23/03/24 when we bought shoes for my husband. She never told us that holding back the box meant we could not return/exchange the shoes. On return home, my husband realised he needed a smaller size so I went back at the next available opportunity (29/03/24) to exchange them for the smaller size. The assistant manager saw the shoes, and told me I could not exchange without a box, but as she had served us the previous week and did not relay this information to us, she wrote "special circumstances" on the receipt so I could return the following day (30/03/24) with my husband so we could exchange for a different pair of shoes, as they did not have a smaller size in the shoes purchased. Upon our return on 30/03/24 she refused to do the exchange and lied to the manager Eugene about seeing the shoes the previous day and lied about the "special circumstances" written on the back of the receipt. I expressed my unhappiness with being lied to, lied about, and scammed out of a substantial amount of money (sketchers are not cheap), but the manager backed up the lying employee and refused to assist. I will be escalating this to the highest point as I do not take kindly to being lied to or about, or wasting time and fuel to exchange something I was assured I could. Rest assured I will only return to this store in the future to receive an apology from the assistant manager and the manager Eugene. If I could give less than 1 star I would. The anxiety and stress the staff at this store have caused me, and the smile on the assistant managers face when she clearly thought she'd gotten away with her lies, is enough to send me over the edge so I will not be letting this go until there is a satisfactory resolution and apology from the staff in the store.

Great experience today at sketchers shop with my daughter special mention to Niamh nothing was a problem as she assisted my daughter to pick the perfect pair of trainers. Thank you Niamh we will definitely be back

Needed trainers for work to help with my heel pain. Read previous reviews about Skechers, and in particular the service given by Henry. Headed down and a very helpful young man walked over and asked us if we needed help, and straight away we guessed that this was Henry... it was, and he is fantastic. He took his time with us making us feel like we were the only customers in the shop... we weren't. I got exactly what I wanted under Henry's guidance and even got the hubby the most excellent trainers too. Customer service at it's highest level. Henry is a credit to your company. We will most certainly be regular customers now... Thanks Skechers and thanks Henry ?

This store and it's staff are the best in retail you could ever Hope to deal with. I've never seen such lovely helpful people who don't rush you or hassle you to buy but will bend over backwards to help you find the right shoes for you. 100% to these guys.

I am very happy with Skechers l, Today Sunday 19th Nov 2023 I spent around 130 pounds at Belfast Citi centre Skechers store there are three people for sales, it?s a closing time one woman response is very rude the behaviour is person to person different with customers.

Quite possibly one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had in my life; Henry (the staff member who supported me through my purchases) was exceptionally polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the Skechers brand and as someone who is an annual buyer of Skechers shoes, he provided me with the best Skechers shopping experiences I have had to date. I visited the store on a whim whilst visiting the city as a tourist, looking for a particular pair of shoes which I believed to be discontinued having searched for many months online and in stores. After explaining my inquiry to Henry, he immediately knew what exact style I was after and confidently offered to source some from the stockroom. Low and behold he had exactly what I was after! There were also some special offers running which allowed me 50% off - naturally therefore I took 2 pairs and other members of our party tried on shoes too as they contemplated making an impromptu purchase! Henry is a credit to the Belfast store team and Skechers company and I will definitely be recommending this store and revisiting when I return to the city - as will the other members of the party who witnessed such brilliant customer care.
