Worst bank in the country. After spending 2 and a half hours on the phone to raise a scam dispute, sent over 75 documents to support my claim and Santander has only looked at some of the evidence and closed the dispute to say not enough evidence. Your bank is supposed to help you stay protected against scams? Not this bank ??. Would honestly move my money elsewhere where cause the amount of stay they are paying off is proof that they?ll be shutting down soon.

Despite three tills behind the checkout I have yet to see them all in use I only wanted to pay some money off my credit card there was one fella at one til overworked the other til was staff in training only taking deposits surely this training could be done outside opening hours I waited 30 minutes for my transaction not good enough plus they have removed all the seating from round the til area

This place is an absolute joke constantly refuses to let you deposit money after 5oclock i dnt even bother going near cash machine anymore post office is a lot better'staff dont seem to give damn'niether does the bank it self as u have reported this machine to main office'time to move to a more reliable bank

Two visits for my elderly aunt for simple actions. Both times had to wait over 15 minutes to be served at the counter. Couldn't do transactions at the self service as I don't carry her card. I'm planning to move my account from Barclays, but based on this experience it won't be to Santander.

The only Santander branch in Belfast.
Queued for 30minutes for a 30 second transaction (I usually bank online, but had to do this in person). Only 2 staff manning the service points, while others wandered about.

This bank opened and account and sent 4 letters and many emails and bank card as well and then, when I wanted to start to use my card told me your account is closed. Waisted my time and energy and with a racist attitude, they just said that the bank has decided not to open an account for you. There are much better banks to open an account with. I do not recommend this bank to any expat. Let's boycott racists together.
