I bought two items at the recent accordion sale. Package and delivery were excellent. I feel that, overall, an accordion sale should gave been accompanied by an accurate description of the musical condition of the instruments (bellows, keys, buttons, whether the instrument was in tune, for melodeons the tuning GD, BC etc). My own purchases were as expected.

Very professional firm, dealing with the sale of an extensive and complicated collection of musical instruments. Items were despatched promptly and very well packaged. My only comment would be that communication was good throughout the process, except at the online sale when I wasn?t sure if I was successful in the auction. A prompt email to confirm success would have been useful. Very impressed with a job well done though.
