Nicola and Regus are absolute scammers! We have been chasing them for 18months and they keep lying to us with promises about returning our deposit! and they wont respond to you. For an extremely tiny office they ripped us off by charging £400 for cleaning. and then over a year they still havent returned our deposit! They just wont return it and will make your life hell to get it back and eventually you will stop chasing them!

Subject: Dispute Regarding Warranty Service and Device Condition
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my warranty request for a smartphone I purchased through your platform.
I sent the device for warranty repair/replacement as per your instructions. However, I have now received photos of the device in a condition that is far more damaged than when I sent it. This additional damage was not present when the device left my possession.
Before sending the smartphone, I ensured it was securely packaged and documented its condition. I have photographs showing the state of the device prior to shipment, which confirm the discrepancies between its original state and the images you have shared.
Under European consumer protection laws, sellers and repair providers are obligated to handle warranty claims in good faith and to ensure that devices entrusted to them are returned in the same condition, aside from repairs or diagnostics.
I kindly request that you:
Clarify the reason for the additional damage visible in the photos.
Proceed with repairing or replacing the device under the terms of the warranty.
If no resolution is provided within 15 days, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to Back Market's customer support and, if necessary, seek mediation through the relevant European consumer protection bodies.
I look forward to your prompt response to resolve this issue amicably.

Nice Place. The TLS Experience was great. Nice lovely efficient staff.. from the receptionist and security personnel downstairs to the people capturing, all courteous. Wait time was short. I was done in 15minutes.

Complete rip off. They will not return your deposit and increase rent without any warning. They say that we need to fill a form to get our deposit back. 8 months since completing it and not received it nor are they responding

They charged the mail forwarding service on our company but nothing was forwarded to us, and the funny part is they sent an email to tell us that they have our mails but when I followed up with them no reply as all and I do not know where my mail is and they still charging us for the postage fees. When I called to their reception, a lady was trying to find all excuses to say that it is the problem of us (And they do not have any problem with this) and trying to argue with us and saying that we are threatening them. If you are thinking to use Regus, I would strongly advice you to stay away from them.

I visited this morning regarding my mom and dad biometric appointment. I found service was excellent and staff were very very kind and helpful. Even my mom and dad don?t understand English but they attend with body language themself even I was there . Great salute to staff for their kindness and helpful hand .Thanks

Had my uk brp appointment here, it's a great facility for visa related work. The staff is very good and cooperative. Ensure you come prepared with the required original documents, try to upload needed documents online yourself post taking appointment.

Conveniently located, professional staff. Can't fault the place. Parking can be hard to find as the network of one-way streets means you might end up literally driving in circles!
