This is the second time I have engaged Rea Estates to organise a rental contract for my property, and I couldn?t be more impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free.
Jenna who dealt with my letting demonstrated exceptional attention to detail when handling all aspects of the tenancy agreement. She ensured that both myself as the landlord and my tenants were fully informed throughout the process, explaining each step clearly and addressing any questions promptly. Her thorough approach gave me complete confidence that everything was being handled correctly.
What particularly stood out was her responsiveness and communication. Every email was answered quickly, and she kept me updated on progress at each stage. The paperwork was prepared meticulously, and all legal requirements were properly addressed, which provided great peace of mind.
Apart from all the above they were the most competitive company in terms of price also!

Absolutely AMAZING service from Johnny @ Rea Estates. 11/10 ?. After months of searching for a home, finally found ?the one?. I LOVE it!
Johnny went above & beyond to get me the house quickly and efficiently. Great communication to the seller and back. Reliable, courteous and helpful, even after the sale of the house had gone through he was still available for questions relating to my new home.
Can?t rate him high enough.
And compared to other Estate Agents i?ve dealt with, Rea Estates was a breath of fresh air.
