One employee who was in the changing rooms just decided to stand there and watch me and my mum decide on dresses. It was very embarrassing. The changing room was practically empty and I?m sure they could have been doing other things. But instead they decided to give their opinion on what dress I should go for while their colleagues carried on with their work on the sale floor. I thought it was very rude as they just kept staring at me in the dresses the entire time and I didn?t ask for their help. Advice: don?t come out of the changing room unless you want to be stared at.

Visited the Belfast store for the first time last week. What a fantastic experience. Margaret is a gem- with her help I had a dress and all accessories very quickly. She really brings an added bonus to this store with her wealth of experience, excellent customer service and is a genuinely lovely lady. I can?t thank you enough Margaret for all your help and will definitely be returning because of you!

Marget is amazing! She produced multiple options and the perfect dress with accessories in no time at all. After already picking a few options that were no luck she saved the day. Amazing experience buying a outfit for a wedding this weekend. Margaret was amazing, friendly and helpful. After 4 attempts myself with no luck Margaret was able to find the perfect dress and accessories. More shops need people like her.
