Good option for me when visiting Belfast as I can pay for a day, 3 days or a week. Full range of equipment, including good functional training gear.

Not enough room for everyone to get changed and showered in the a.m., lads queuing for the shower. the locker handles were all broken so you couldn’t lock your locker. But apart from that it’s a good gym with space and equipment.
