Ordered tonight food, £41.50 told be 30 minutes, 45 mins later. No food ,rang tot be oldabout to leave, food arrived 40 minutes late cold, shop blamed it on having only 1 driver, food had signs of being reheated. Never again. Disgusting.

Order never arrived. Got told 20 mins...20 mins...20 mins. I would consider reducing your delivery radius to keep up with orders in the future or just get rid of Just Eat. Shame, I really did like their Pizza's

Chicken strips were missed off the order and when we got them and my husband opened them there was a hair on it so we asked for it to be re made. Staff came out and accused me of putting it there as it was blonde. (I am a dark ginger). Very unprofessional and I left without the chicken strips or a refund on that item as the staff were beyond rude

Ordered via the Northern Ireland website. Told I had to order via uk, so I made another order. Didn?t receive refund from either after neither order was delivered.
Contacted uk team and they said I had to contact the shop, contact the shop and went in. They gave me their email and told me to give them the confirmation. 10+ calls later, multiple email and I have not received a response.
This is disgusting, over 100£ wasted

Please don't order takeaway from these untrustworthy individuals. I placed my order via Just Eat at 14.55 for delivery within 45 minutes. I am typing this at 16.41 and still no order. Called at 16.30 and requested a refund. Was told it's on the way. Can't comment on the food because I have not received it and don't expect to now. Horrible place. Please don't throw away your money. Learn from my mistake . Update. Arrived 16.54. delivery driver did not bother reading the instructions so had to call me. Everything is freezing. The oven is preheating now for the pizza. Did you ever? Are we living in rural Shetland or something? They have one job and they take ZERO pride in it. Get your pizza from a more ethical and efficient restaurant. Please
