5 people, Friday evening- waiter arrived to the table and told asked if we were ready to order drinks and food? I asked if we could order drinks as hadn't saw the menu. He said they were very busy and if we didn't order food with drinks we would have to wait until he serves everyone else in the restaurant. it was awkward and felt we needed to rush so we decided which food while he was taking the drinks and told him this was an unexpected experience as it was very rushed. The waiter told us he had to go and another waitress would be looking after us. He put his coat and rucksack on and delivered pizza to the table next to us. I couldn't believe this. Not the greatest experience at this pizza express, although it was express lol

Turned away at 8.30 on a Friday evening, family with 8 year old. Restaurant not busy, 4 staff on floor not in anyway hurried or rushed. Confusing reasoning given for refusing us, which involed a chef having family issues.

We waited easily 45 minutes for a pizza and pasta dish, left sitting for at least 15 minutes before our order was even taken. Started to think we were invisible. Such small portions, I have never finished an entire pizza till last night, I ate it all and was still famished.. drinks and a bread bowl would be nice if waiting 45 minutes for food.

Was a lovely atmosphere and good food, but was very disappointing on service it took 40 mins for our food to arrive then an extra 10 for one of my other family members, sadly it did not look up the restaurant name which says ?express'

Really good experience. Family of 5 visiting Belfast for a few days.
Used Tesco vouchers to decrease the cost. Ordered 4 Romano pizzas and a child's pasta.
Food was delicious and came fast. Great staff as well
Wheelchair accessibility: Can get a wheelchair in. Can't fault
