My son and his friends called in for some food when they went to pay they asked could they split the bill for the fella to turn round and say no my son only had his card and his 2 friend had cash it wouldn't have been hard to split the bill for.all they had to eat ?

Staff need trained to deal with walk ins immediately not continue clearing tables, pretending to ignore us while looking over to see if we are still there, communication is key.
