Horrendous service as a seller using PinPoint. Avoid this company at all costs. I initially had my property listed with PinPoint to which I had to remove my property from them. The company appear to be extremely understaffed & running with skeleton staff. Some of the staff are unprofessional & also come across inexperienced in their field. As a seller, it was near impossible to get a hold of Alan who was my point of contact and was to conduct viewings on my property. I had phoned 4 times in a row on on different days to request a call back due to a disappointing level of interest in my property. My calls were never returned. I then demanded to wait on the line until I spoke with Alan. I explained that I had requested a call back several times to which he replied ?what is it you?re calling for?. Not even apology or an explanation. My property had been up for nearly 2 weeks & still not a for sale board to been seen.Like previous posts have mentioned, management seem to be non existent. I had requested a manager to call me back so I could go over the issues I am facing. No manager ever called.I quickly realised that PinPoint are incompetent on delivering a basic level of customer service to their client & I would dread to think the level of service a potential buyer or bidder would have in terms of communication.I phoned to have my property removed with immediate effect in the morning. The next day, it still was not removed & I had to phone again & was told a manger wanted to call me. This never happened. It was then eventually removed.Alan also had a different valuation for the house compared to two other well seasoned valuers and stated we would not get more than a set price & it would take time.Surprise surprise, this was wrong - I quickly listed my property with a very well known estate agent in the area & my house was sold in under 24 hours & for OVER ASKING PRICE & above Alan?s valuation. A for sale board was also put up within 2 days.Over all, communication is dismal, customer service is non existent & they appear to be well under staffed.Unfortunately I have had to take to leaving a review here due to no manager willing to make contact to hear my complaint. Maybe this will get their attention.

I have had the most bizarre experience trying to buy through pinpoint.I certainly wouldn?t be choosing them as my estate agent if I were selling given how they deal with buyers and they don't seem to be trying to get the best offer for their sellers.I arranged a second viewing a week in advance so that I could bring builders to get a quote for the work required, and I had made this clear to Pinpoint when booking the viewing. Alan turned up 5 minutes late and said nothing but opened the front door. Then he told us we had to leave the house after only 15 minutes because he had somewhere else to be. No one said anything when I booked a week in advance to indicate that I would have a 15 minute time limit to view a 6 bedroom house requiring total renovation with a builder.Despite this, I put in an offer but I had the same experience as the previous reviewer in that I put an offer on a house, heard nothing, after countless calls on my end I found out there had been a higher offer, so I put in a higher offer. After further countless unreturned calls and emails, I was told my offer was rejected because Alan assumed I didn?t have sufficient funds. Although Alan never asked for proof of funds so I'm unsure how he came to that conclusion. I submitted another offer in writing along with proof of funds. After trying to chase up whether my offer had been passed to the seller over the course of ten days, I was eventually told by whoever had answered that phone that day that the house was now sale agreed for very little over what I had bid and despite me making it clear I was willing to negotiate on price, I was never contacted to see if I wanted to make another offer. What makes it even more strange is that it doesn't appear that the property is actually sale agreed as it is still advertised as 'For Sale' on the Pinpoint website and PropertyPal 2-3 weeks later. The only time anyone from Pinpoint has ever tried to contact me was when Alan 'tried to call'. My phone rang once and in the few seconds it took me to pick up my phone that was adjacent to my hand he had hung up. I called back less than 3 minutes later to be told that Alan was out at an appointment and he would return the call, which he obviously never did. I emailed two weeks ago asking for Pinpoint?s complaints procedure but no one has replied. I followed this up with a phone call ten days ago and was told that the managing director would contact me - unsurprisingly he hasn?t.What is going on at Pinpoint?

Pinpoint property is the most unprofessional service I have ever had the displeasure of using. As a prospective buyer there is a certain minimum standard that I would expect: common decency over the phone, updating a buyer if there has been an increased bid, returning phone calls, transparency over bids received and giving current bidders an opportunity to counter offer, not making false assumptions about a buyers funds without proof, having the impression that they are actually trying to sell a property.Unfortunately pinpoint fails on every metric which would be considered the bare minimum expected from an estate agents. From the irreverent Alan as mentioned in recent posts to the invisible manager who seems to have no control over what his staff are doing or is simply complicit in providing a dismal service, avoid this estate agents at all costs.

Absolutely appalling estate agents. Put a bid in for a property with them Recently. Received no correspondence from them. I rang back to be told the offer increased above mine. I counter offered higher again. And again never received any correspondence from them. Rang them again to be told the property sale agreed at a slightly higher offer than my 2nd one. Shocked to say the least that they never even contacted me to give me a chance to increase my offer. The agent Alan is adamant he tried to call me 5 times but I've no missed calls no voice mail or no emails stating they received a higher offer. In a world where I live when you ring someone they receive a missed call but to say he rang 5 times and i didnt receive any missed calls then i dont know someone is spoofing. I also asked if he rang and i didnt answer why no voice mail or email stating they received a higher offer to be told i don't do things by email. I then offered higher again and they said no it sale agreed yesterday. If I was selling a property I'd steer well clear of these folks seems they don't want the best price for there prospective sellers

Don?t even know where to begin?appalling service and the most unprofessional estate agent I have ever dealt with. We were buying a property via this agent otherwise we would have walked away very quickly. On occasions when we required information our phone calls were rarely returned. We were repeatedly lied to about very important information around management fees for the property and only discovered the truth at the 11th hour when we contacted our solicitor. When I asked for clarification the manager of Cavehill office did nothing to resolve this major issue and in effect blamed his staff for providing this erroneous information!I would never recommend this agent to anyone?.we are currently looking for another apartment to buy as an investment and, needless to say, would never use this company again. I am only giving one star as this review platform will not allow me to post with no stars!

I purchased a property through Pinpoint North Belfast thanks to their agent Alan Shields. Alan was extremely friendly and professional from the 1st viewing to finally me getting the keys.We had a few hurdles and issues on my side when the client buying my property pulled out a few days before the signing date which meant I no longer had the funds to buy.Alan and Pin point helped me through this hurdle and a few months later my house was sold and I?m now in the property I wished to buy thanks to Pinpoint.Buying and selling a property can be extremely stressful but thanks to Alan Shields and pin point this was made much easier for myself. Thanks again Alan5 Stars ??

Rented a property through pinpoint from Jan 2020 to Jan 2022 which turned out to have dangerous electrical fittings and was rat infested. When trying to deal with the rat issue pinpoint talked to our neighbours and told the neighbours we were crazy and there were no rats even though there were dropping and the rat poison was eaten when conforted they denied this happened. Very unprofessional and I feel sorry for who ever rented the house after us.

Expect to be messed around and ignored if propertys are listed by this estate agents. Kept getting told someone will call you back by end of day for a week and a half straight to find out the place was gone by searching on property pal.

We rented through MP and had an awful experience. When it was time to leave the property the landlord tried to deduct our deposit for professional cleaning of an already spotless home. She wanted £50 to replace the back gate padlock which had become tarnished due to the rain and tried to blame us for problems that had existed when we moved in. We produced pictures that had been emailed to MP upon us moving in showing the damage was preexisting and that we could not be held responsible. The agents we dealt with had already taken our deposit from the protection scheme stating there had been no dispute and handed the full amount to the landlord. The landlord then refused to hand our money back and the MP agents said the protection scheme was only really there for commercial properties not small rentals. My experience of MP is that they are both liars and crooks who will hand your deposit straight over to the landlord allowing it to be effectively stolen. Avoid at all costs if renting.

ack Frazer has assisted me in my search for a house to rent. Patient, reliable, professional, keen to listen and to help, he has also managed with competence my relationship with the landlord. I have successfully rented the house which suits my needs. Jack and his colleagues, Rachel Liam and Nikolai, are a team in which a customer can rely.
