Awful place. While the groomers couldn't shave my dogs legs, she left it patchy and a total dogs dinner. Bits shaved other bits shaved with no guard. The bits that were done are totally uneven. Never darken the door again...

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Siobhan, the sales assistant. Her aggressive and rude behaviour was completely unacceptable, and she failed to provide any help at all. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism. I also complained to the manager, Katherine, but she was equally uninterested.

Have been with them since they opened when MT was still with us . Great team have had 3 springers and have helped with many things including the hardest part of a pet owner. Couldn't recommend more . Allen and the team are very professional and I would have know worries recommending them ..they also open Sundays which is a bonus

Good place overall for pet shopping. Well priced but sometimes can be cheaper to buy online but if you need it today definitely this is your best option. Range is good and has accessable parking.
Just make sure you check what you buy because as dogs are welcome in the shop, sometimes someone can have a little accident on the low down bags.

In a whole the experience was good, not great. A senior (still younger than us) member of staff understands what customer service is, sadly the you get minions roaming the floor were more interested in stuffing sweets into their mouths.
A friendly experience, yet let down by insufficient information on line versus the reality of in person. The return visit was rescued by the same senior member and a delightful strong lass who presented our online order to us, we were met with a great sense of pride in her work.
Hopefully the other minions follow in display of their colleagues.
