I had lens replacement surgery on 7th February and the procedure was much easier than I expected. I didn?t feel a thing, not even pressure of the eyes being worked at. It was to correct my shortsightedness and now I can read words on tv screen from across the room and see faces clearly. I?m very pleased with the results. Surgery was done by Dr Huba Kiss and all the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

I had a great experience getting Lasik eye surgery with Optical Express. The free consultation provided gave me a wealth of information on the types of surgery on offer and the benefits of having laser eye surgery. After more than a week post surgery my vision is drastically improved and I would happily recommend it to anybody.

Clicked on an IG ad for laser eye surgery back in December. Had an appointment arranged within a couple of days. Process was super smooth. Staff were great craic and very helpful at that appointment. Was given a care plan to treat dry eyes and surgery was scheduled for end of January. Had a follow-up appointment before surgery to check on eyes. Was given additional drops and wipes. Massive improvement since first scan. Surgery went well. Was a bit uncomfortable for the first 5/6 hours after surgery but the discomfort went away after having a short nap. A short amount of discomfort for a lifetime of gain. Thoroughly glad I went through with this. It is pricey but worth every penny... and it has only been 48 hours.

Never gave a bad review in my life before.Had laser eye surgery 11 years ago. Was told they would stand over it until I'm 40. I just turned 36 when I contacted them. Got booked in for the free Eye Consultation to see about correcting my vision they knew I had the procedure with them previously I made sure to confirm this and appointment was booked after I emailed them with the information. Then get a phonecall from the Belfast store asking for £100 as I need a special eye test as I've had the procedure before. Not only were they not going to fix my eyes for free as was promised, not even offered a discount as a repeat customer, but they want extra money to do the eye tests before confirming I can get the procedure again at full cost. Terrible service. Extremely disappointed in the lies they tell customers.

OK update I've always worn glasses from the age of 9yrs long sight. Fast forward to now had an eye appointment told I had a cataract on my left eye and knowing my age had noticed my eyes sight wasn't as good. I now and again would wear contact lenses for social events. I like the idea of no glasses ever again and also needed surgery due to the cataract. So made an appointment at optical express was greeted by receptionist Jenny how done a few tests really lovely lady. Then by the optometrist Cliodhna also truly lovely. Whom also carried out further tests to see was I suitable for.lens replacement surgery. From here went to Belfast for further tests by great receptionists and then another optometrist Meave whom was just lovely there again given all the information and reassurance I needed to make my decision for surgery. Surgery carried out by Mr Huba Kiss. I most admit I was very anxious and only wanted the best outcome for me. Surgery successful I followed the aftercare to the letter with all of the support from Optical express staff. Although still found I was anxious. Six weeks on it's incredible ? I have great eye sight in both eyes. Still need to wear glasses for some tasks and activities. Although glasses percription is completely different than before amazing. Still have dry eye which is something i already had before surgery. My experience has been truly incredible I hope that this continues. Would highly recommend Optical Express for your own personal journey so professional.

Hi everyone my name is Trevor am 67year old male . I recently had Lazer eye surgery by Optical express .Before I had the surgery my sight was not good until I found out about Optical express. My first consultation was free . On arrival the staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I was seen very quickly and my state of my vision was confirmed after some tests had been carried out After the test taken in to see the surgent who would carry out the procedure . It was explained to me in great detail and what would be the best option. There is nothing to be afraid of if you decide to get any of the procedures by Optical express. I would like to finish by saying thanks to all the stuff in Optical express Belfast. For their dedication and professionalism and aftercare was excellent. I highly recommendt Optical Express to anyone that's why I've given them a five star rating.
