Understaffed or under organized when it comes to managing a small influx of people, asking that you queue for an age just to get a shoe to try on. They're polite enough about it but it's annoying and doesn't really make you want to spend your money. Schuh much speedier.

Very nice staff but seriously understaffed, was in at two different times. Suggesting management look at this urgently queue round shop and everyone unhappy. Not what you expect spending this amount of money.

The girls working at OFFICE, Belfast are SO pleasant, SO helpful and WILLING to help and SO efficient at what they?re all doing. I spoke to Jodie on the phone and then was helped by three different girls in the store in person & they were ALL smiling and quick to help. BEST. OFFICE. EVER. Thank you all.

This store definitely needs a full make over , there are 2 stores in NI, Belfast & Londonderry. The Londonderry store is fantastic as it has everything in stock and has always a great selection of sizes available. Belfast is a horrible store and needs to be brought up to date !!

They should hire someone more. There is only one or two staff during the day, and I feel very sorry for her. But anyway, I found what I was looking for snd special thanks to the lady who was on the desk on April 2nd at 1 p.m.

No one inside the store knew how to use the Klarna app, I asked them to pay with Klarna, but they didn't help and they simply said they don't know, the way of talking was very rude! Manner of dealing Zero

I always have a good experience shopping at OFFICE. Friendly staff, regular sales discount, been able to use my blue light card, having to choose from a variety of shoes etc

I bought a pair of Birkenstock shoes in store and they were faulty .. I went back to the store but I couldn?t place my receipt so they couldn?t help me ? I later found the transaction in my bank statement and returned them to the store again but staff had alot of bother contacting management to ok this return ? a lovely staff member called Karen took my mobile number and said she would do her best to get this sorted.. 20 mins after leaving the store she contacted me so I went back to the store and she very kindly refunded me .. she was very helpful professional and friendly

Awful only 1 member of staff actually working he was very young on tills and trying to find sizes. About 10 people walked out as no one on tills at times. Asked a girl to help us and she was soo rude that we dared interrupt her so we left. Will not buy there ever.
