Ordered 4 items, all of which had some sort of defect. Sent another company to perform repairs but other flaws appeared in the finish of some items after this. Given the high price of items they are very poorly made, poor quality materials & take months to arrive from Asia. Not worth the money or the hassle.

Great products but too many sales people. As soon as you enter the store they are lingering around the door for an opportunity to get a sale. Once you get past the sea of desperate salespeople, you feel as if you are being watched while you have a look around.

We went in to find a sofa. Johnathan was very helpful and informative, he gave us space and time and listened to what we wanted. Thank you very much Johnathan for your help. We then changed our order and that was no issue and we appreciate your professionalism and assistance.

We placed an order in shop for a King size bed, Boucher road Belfast. After reading so many poor reviews on delivery times I put the question to our salesman if we could get a guaranteed delivery date. He told us that once our purchase was put into the system the date given would stand and that he could guarantee it would be with us within a day or two of this date. We bought the bed on these terms. After waiting ten weeks on our delivery and only a few days before our date we received an email stating that due to the conflict in the Middle East their shipment had not arrived. Another shipment was due in 2 weeks later then another 2 weeks to get the bed to us from warehouse but no guarantee, not that their guarantee is worth anything anyway! Providing this shipment was to come in we would have been waiting 3 months on a bed! Totally unacceptable despite how much they try to normalise these waiting times. After many phone calls and a lot of getting passed around we finally got a refund. Despite accepting cash payment we were told they don?t deal in cash and we would have to take our refund by bank transfer which could take up to ten days. Save your money folks and go somewhere else!

Spent over £2500 on a grey leather sofa 6 months ago for the leather to severly darken & peel on the back, above the head rest and the arm rests, the leather was also severely creasing & sagging. Sofa is rarely sat on therefore rang customer services and they sent a technician who came out and said sweat can cause it.. never heard the likes of it lol sweat causing 'high quality leather' to severely peel, darken & sag at 6 months old? Wasnt happy with the decision of that therefore left a trust pilot review and luckilg a manager from the complaints department rang me and said shes looked at the pictures i sent them of the sofa and she agreed that a sofa that is only 6 months old should not be like this and said she will get the sofa picked up and issue a full refund. I thought that spending more money meant better quality but unfortunately doesn't seem that way

Bought an ex-display chair this morning, Jonathan couldn't have been any more helpful. Gave me a date for collection,( had the option of delivery from a 3rd party company). Don't know why people are leaving 1? reviews.

Amazing quality furniture. I bought a bed, sofa, side cabinet, and a dining table with a bench and chairs. Finance available. Stuart in the Boucher Road store was very helpful and knowledgeable, he even managed to get us an earlier delivery date than the site stated. When delivery date came, the drivers gave me a call so that I knew they were on their way. Phil and Tommy brought the furniture to the correct rooms, built it and tidied away all packaging, they were friendly and funny and did a brilliant job. Can't say enough good things about my experience.

Furniture are good. However they sell furniture insurance from some scammer company. HFR will always find a reason to not pay for a claim. Check trust pilot rating. NEVER buy furniture insurance from this company, waste of money. They don't answer emails nor phone. In the result of that scam I'll never again buy anything from oak furniture, case is in the court.

Really like the furniture here. There were a number of pieces we were ready to buy but told it would be 18 to 20 weeks before we would have it.

Staff in store really helpful and friendly.However after waiting weeks for delivery of table n chairs and taking day off work they sent 2 wrong chairs .After sending pictures of wrong item with display stickers they said this was the correct item
