Worse customer service ever from this store, when rung 02 customer service, staff more helpful there, must admit I've been to this store a few times as local but same service everytime useless, went to other o2 stores and staff more helpful in those stores

Wrongly priced labels everywhere. Went to buy an iPhone case for the advertised price and the staff member tried to over charge me and just said the labels are wrong. Unprofessional

Gráinne was just fantastic. After a really awful experience with o2 customer care which resulted in them disconnecting service whilst activating my eSIM? then telling me it would take up to five days to fix. Gráinne Sorted the problem in less than five minutes. Great service. She also had fabulous nails!

Tried ringing O2 Forestside on Sat rd Aug ?24 at 9-00. Continued to ring and still no reply at 9-20!! Bit ironic when your provider doesn?t answer the phone!!

Went in this morning to upgrade my phone and move contract from Business. I selected a phone but when I asked about if they would set up the new phone. I was told they don?t have WIFI and mobile data could take a long time. I have bought all my previous phones there and the guys were extremely helpful. I was offered a leaflet to do it myself. As a senior citizen I would find the set up challenging. Very disappointed with the service.
