Great knowledge with Eamon selecting a new integrated washing machine in a relaxed and open manner. Bought on Wednesday afternoon and installed on Thursday morning, amazing service. Fitted by Leo who went the extra mile to ensure a perfect fit and finish.

The best appliances shop in the city. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, helped me get a washing machine including disposal and delivery within 5 minutes. Don't even bother with Currys, Argos etc. These folks are friendly and their prices are decent.

Twice I've been to Noel Grimley's, twice I've come away with exactly what I wanted, twice I've wondered why the heck I would ever choose Argos, Curry's or any of the big box retailers. The staff at Grimley's know the answers to your questions, are friendly and helpful.I'd much rather give them my money than the faceless big brands. Superb.

Washing machine broke down during lockdown ordered online got a call the following morning from Eamon to say the item was not in stock and offered a refund as I needed a washing machine I asked what he had in stock opted for the Blomberg which I never heard of turns out it's the best washing machine I have ever had Eamon called to say he was passing my home that evening and could deliver it , Best customer service my brother needs a cooker and fridge and this will be where I make this purchase in the next few weeks

Fridge-Freezer broke down on Sunday, rang these guys on Monday and Brian was really helpful. Fridge freezer delivered on Tuesday. We struggled getting our old one out of the corner where it was built-in and the guys (Paul and Leo) had it out in less than 5 minutes! Thank you so much guys. Would definitely recommend Noel Grimley to anyone needing good service, price and quick delivery.

At 17:20 (10 mins before closing) I called in to Noel Grimleys for some last minute home appliances after moving up to Belfast today. The team still took the time to show me around and stayed past closing to make sure I got sorted with everything I needed - even gave me some discount on a TV after buying numerous items!
