Amazing experience - I?d been running around trying to find a good quality sofa when I stopped in to Next to look at sofas haphazardly. Ended up asking a couple of questions that turned into an in depth overview of materials, sizings and styles of sofas. The manager (who I believe is called Mark) was brilliant at not only giving advice, information and colour swatches but also at giving space to have a think over what you were looking at.
Never a fan of feeling under pressure in a store and didn?t feel it here. I walked in sure I wasn?t getting a sofa from next and left sold on the idea that there was nowhere better.
I went in a day later and Anna was also a brilliant help. Very quick, chatty and friendly ensuring the colour, material and sizing were definitely what I wanted before ordering and talking me through the finance process making it a breeze.
The sofa has now arrived and again I?m really impressed, the delivery men were friendly and efficient. I live in a quirky terrace and getting it into the room I wanted upstairs was dubious but they did a great job.
Finally the verdict on the sofa is that it is very comfortable, fits perfectly and the colour and texture is exactly what I wanted. It?s another piece added to my home office that I?m slowly trying to decorate.
The finance team were also great in that I could change the date to one that suited me better payment wise (but that technically Barclays).
I?m waiting on an ottoman that should arrive soon but I?m not worried in the slightest about quality if everything so far is what I?m going off.
Overall I genuinely don?t think there is anything I could say that would be negative about my experience. Some of the best customer service I?ve had in years and I?ve dealt with a lot of companies and businesses in the last year since moving home. 11/10

Excellent and friendly staff. Bought a dressing table and bedside table. Both arrived exactly as arranged and are splendid. Highly recommended.

Great shop at bloomfields Bangor,,, clothes choice kids mens womens ,, , shoes , items can be ordered if needed to pick up in store of delivered home ,, bedding, some electrical kitchen ware ornaments ,lighting not big furniture but can order on line ,in store

I had used the design service and went in to purchase the products that I had chosen. The lack of staff is very off-putting. All the other furniture stores I had visited had so many more staff on the floor. The few staff in Next are trying to deal with click and collect; returns; in store purchases and helping with queries.The reason I have given 2 stars is because the girl Glynis who helped me gave me a lot of time as there were several complications. Gary was able to help.also. No manager on the floor either day I was in- not acceptable service from a big company. I hope deliveries will all go smoothly.

My husband and I went into the Next store at Holywood Exchange Belfast at around 5.30 yesterday evening to purchase Voile curtains having checked online that they had quite a good selection. There were two ladies serving on the ground flot and when eventually a lady approached me she didn't know whether they stocked Voile curtains. She spoke across to her colleague who replied 'I don't even know what Voile curtains are' This reply was very rude and dismissive. We eventually assertained that they are only available online!!!!!.I have been treated better in Lidl or Ikea, where they are always helpful and polite. I won't be back as this isn't the first time I have encountered this type of attitude in Next.

Just nipped in for a breadbin that my wife saw a few days ago. They have a great selection of almost anything and their sale is now on. The furniture does look quality but it all comes at a hefty price even in the sale. We will go back in the new year now that we know what is on offer.

Just been in Knocknagoney. Tried to buy two lights. Both were out of stock but an extremely helpful young lady tracked one down for us in another branch. I just want to commend her pleasant, helpful manner and am sorry I didn't get her name. She fully deserves the five stars.

Visited Next Home Store today in search of a sofa. Karen our sales assistant could not have been more helpful she went out of her way to show us alternative materials and nothing was too much bother for her. She made our shopping experience a very pleasant one . This girl is a wonderful asset to the Company and we are delighted with our purchases.A.DavidsonPORTADOWN
