Rude staff!! do not come here. Still can?t get over the fact the staff were horrid to me as a middle aged woman. Shocker, left right away. Everything about this shop is grim full the stocks horrible, toilets are absolutely disgusting to the point i started gagging and the cafe food and drink is horrible?

Horrible, Place stinks so bad it makes your head drop. This older man that worked there was horrible to me and my child, unfortunately i did not get the name since i could not focus on anything else but how disgustingly he talked to us!! He was so so rude, unpleasant, unprofessional etc etc overall this place is less than one star do not recommend.

Next sale on, but unable to buy anything due to IT problems all day.Also their PETITE SECTION is non existence., or just looks oldand boring.. no style at all..PETITE Jeans not RE-STOCKED for over 2 months...NEXT just cannot be bothered with PETITE ..dump it in some corner...as usualStaff just advise to order online for PETITE.. WHY SHOULD I??Why is it not in store??They replenish all other stock in shop...Pathetic

Rude staff... girl at checkout was so convinced they do not accept the belfast gift card until another staff member corrected her. No apology. Seemed like she was raging she was proved wrong.

We went to Next in Belfast and had a snack in the cafe, we were realy disappointed in the bad dirty state of the toilets.We will not be back to the cafe or shop until something is done with the toilets

Not very organized, and the staff at the checkout was unaware of tax free shopping. We had to return the items to repurchase for the employée to say only the receipt is necessary for tax return at airport. We were questioned a lot, not accepting any ID other than passport and must?ve been present.Wasted time and left without tax receipt. again. Next used to be better years ago.

On visiting this store today to say I was embarrassed was an understatement, I purchased my items along with my receipt and exciting the door the security alarm went off,when the shop assistant came to me the tag was still on a 3pounds lip balm,that was sorted, then as I was leaving the store again it went off once more,this time it was on a top I purchased....the assistant wasn't at all apologetic...I found the whole experience mortifying and would encourage the staff to make sure the security tag are removed.

Kids clothing range goes to age 12 then you?re into size 6 adults. That?s alright if you?re happy enough with the adult styling for 12 year olds but I?m not. I get that kids are at that in between age but there?s a big difference between adult styling and young teenagers. It?s less of an issue with boys. Then add the 20% tax levied on adult clothes which is a bit unfair. Shopping elsewhere as a result.

Had to do a return. Nothing wrong with items just wrong size. But customer assistant who delt with me was the friendliest, most helpful lady I have ever came across. Even went all the way up to the top floor from ground to check something for. A real asset to the store. Sorry I didn't get her name to post here.
