Ordered a meal from here, and hour and a half later no sign so I rang to ask for an update, was told everything had already left. Rang again 20 minutes after and was told once again everything had left. 30 minutes after this last call I rang again and they FINALLY checked the order, like I had asked on the first call, and told me it had never been confirmed. It took over 2 hours for them to finally tell me that no order had been received. Disgraceful.

Ordered here a lot, but recently I phoned asking how much a chicken burger and chips was and heard them laughing in the background, then when I said I don't think I want it anymore they scoffed and hung up on me

Order placed and came over 1 hour and 30 mins later and was cold but they told us it had just left the restaurant 5 mins ago but the driver said he had been out for 20 mins we sent it back as not spending 26 pounds for cold food and we are only about three miles from them. The bag was squashed and the items were squashed and bursting out of the packaging

Always dining in here and all i ordered are very good so far. My best favourites are their fish and chips, belly buster and onion rings!! Staffs and owner are very friendly!!

I've been here just twice. I can safely and honestly say they serve the best chips I've had in Northern Ireland.
In fact, the best I've had in many years. They are as close to seaside fish and chips I used to get as a kid in Brighton and in fact, any seaside town in England. Thank you for, in my opinion, being the best.
