Wow! What a fab place! The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was out of this world. I had the flat iron steak and it was exquisite. The meringue dessert was gorgeous too. I cannot recommended highly enough. Will definitely be back!!

As a large party we found ourselves placed in the middle of the restaurant surrounded by multiple tables of shouting customers, each group louder than the next trying to be heard. From the outset we struggled to have a conversation at our table as we were bombarded with this wall of noise from all sides.
We quickly decided just to have mains & leave. I can't fault the food or service but it was really an unpleasant experience & definitely one we won't risk having again. It's not a venue I would recommend for a family gathering or for a group of friends wanting to catch up.

Extremely inconsistent portion sizes. Got the same meal as my partner and mine was embarrassingly small by comparison. Don't know how the servers weren't embarrassed presenting them at the table. Gravy was top notch, but I've had better meat and yorkshires at a motorway Toby carvery.

I think it is the best place to go .
Big portions , tasty food , really nice staff.
I'll put 10/10.

Staying locally on a weekend away, and booked an evening meal here, as the menu looked varied and to our tastes.
Neil's did not disappoint, the food was delicious, we had bread and dips to start, and Spanish croquettes, which were fantastic, bread was warm, tasty tapenade. Mains we ordered the haddock and chips, and the spinach, sweet potato and chickpea curry, with rice poppadom and dips 10/10. Hubbie had a pear and almond tart for pud ,which was comforting, warm, and moist, went well with a dollop of cream and a must. The Mercia Spanish wine of the month was my favourite, smooth and light and I had 2, followed by raspberry vodka Collins (2) loved these. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the locals warm and welcoming, which is why we stayed linger than expected. The bill was so reasonable considering we had two courses each and 1 pud and 6 drinks £125 ( £70 on drinks) I thought it was more but who's complaining.
Definitely book again when we return to Belfast...5 ??????

Staff were amazing, very welcoming and very tolerant of our young child. Food was decent but portions were pretty small.
