I was with Nationwide for over 5 years and suddenly asked me for account review also sent me a review form and some documents,I passed all the details needed , was surprised my account been blocked and closed without giving any reason or explanation why they closed the account .I appealed the decision and I asked them for explanation but no reason given .

This is B Connor's I'm using a friend of Mines phone Iv a problem IV recently moved back to the south and IV Lost All my property in a trouble Fire ? I need someone to lend some eddvice how can I get back my card and is dear a help line because IV no money for Christmas and 1 child to keep Fed and everything I had money saving for the hole year and it's gone along with my pour little dog ? max only 6months old my hole life is gone in 1 night people please help me out if you have any idea what I can do because IV no means of travel so if anyone can share some information I'd ? I couldn?t get an account opened in any of the city banks because I didn?t have a passportOnly the nationwide accepted an electoral I D.The staff member who sorted my application was really friendly unlike some stuck up people in other establishments

Hi 1 of staff saying to me leave the branch, he just been trying to tell me about I'm waiting. On list. But he stood to me. I told him go away. Then he said so rude leave the branch. What kind or customer service they got? I have been waiting 1 hour already. Not his fault. But his put into my face leave the branch to me back. So rude. Is a complaint to this branch. I going to close my ac ASAP. After sort out with team. F off to them.

I would like to thank Coraline in Natiowide faceing city Hall she saved my wife from scammed out £500 by some scumbags only for Coraline quick thinking she new i was a scam my wife thought she our son they texted and said his phone was broken and this was his new number after a half hour texting they wanted here to send it on online backing so she agreed to go to the bank and send to our son to pay bills that were Coraline steped in and cought on to them there were still texting in the bank thank you very much ? We have the Nationwide app.But are still receiving paper statements.I?ve clicked on app ,and told them I don?t need statements.Called on Monday told them again.Was given a compliment slip.Numbers written on it.Basically deal with it yourself.Whilst standing in queue.Was asked ,was I depositing or withdrawing money.Told Lady,it was an enquiry.Take a seat in waiting area?Fella was already sitting in area.Had been there 20 mins.I waited for 10 mins.Then went to counter.Followed by customer, who had been waiting over 30 mins by this stage .Not the best system in my opinion
